Sumeru EPC Pvt Ltd executed a Panam Group project covering civil construction and associated infrastructure works. Our team managed the assignment end to end-planning, procurement, execution, quality control and handover-with experienced site engineers supervising throughout. We work to a milestone-based programme with weekly client reporting, so progress and any constraint are visible early rather than at the deadline. Material testing and dimensional checks were documented at each stage. The Panam Group project was completed to specification within the agreed timeline.
